Away Weekend Speakers confirmed... Gill Cody & Wendy Scales
Adult Speaker - Gill Cody
Gill is a good friend of Adrian and Louise’s. We first met Gill when she taught a Prayer Ministry course near Bedford when we were at Christ The King. On that course she used material and input from Leanne Payne, Mario Bergner, and John & Paula Sandford.
She is currently on the leadership team at Kingsgate church, South Kensington (www.kingsgate.org.uk/) but has recently moved to Hong Kong. She is also an accredited teacher for the Stream’s International set of courses (www.streamsministries.com/), where she teaches the ‘Art of Hearing God’ and ‘Dreams and Visions’ courses.
Gill’s passion and focus is intimacy with the Lord, Prayer Ministry and the Prophetic. We feel very privileged and blessed to have Gill speak at our away weekend.
Children's speaker - Wendy Scales
Wendy led the children’s work at our last weekend and was fantastic. She created a fabulous ‘beach scene’ in one of the rooms at Sizewell and used story, puppets, music and lots of other stuff with the children.
She currently worships at Leicester Vineyard church and has an extensive schools and children’s ministry in and around the Kettering area.
